2 months

So I am a few days late on this, but Liam is 2 months old already! Where did the time go?

A quick update on where he's at. (Measurements are approximate.)
Weight: 15lbs with a clean diaper on.
Length: 24inches

(Why isn't that height? I guess since he isn't walking yet.)

Liam hasn't really done too much "cool" stuff yet. He is trying to roll overfrom his back to his belly but can't quite get it yet. He is stuck just under half way.

He is spending more and more time awake and babbling. He is trying to mimick Michael's and my words but can't get it. He has kind of said yeah and hey, but I can't count those as first words, can I?

Liam has the cutest grin and shows it off all the time.

He can hold his head up while on his belly for a minute or so when he wants to. And he can hold it steady when upright.

He is doing a great job with breastfeeding and growing. I can't wait until he gets bigger. I'm definitely excited to be a mom.

Food Choices

Posting from my phone because it's easier for me right now, so please forgive any spelling or grammatical errors.

I'm beginning to think that my little man is having some issues with my diet. Being a breastfed baby has those issues. What I'm mostly suspect of is gluten, but I've been putting off elimination for a couple weeks now, and I think it's finally time to do it.

So I'll have to make up a new meal plan and keep it in mind. What is left of the one I have left is already gluten free or easily changed so that it isn't an issue.

I'm expecting to be eating more veggies from this, since I don't want to up my already substantial intake of rice. I can't wait to go to the grocery store to put this in play.

My problem with this lies in thinking of meals that I can change up so that I'm not eating the same thing every night. My husband finds leftovers completely unappealing, so I need to change it up or he'll complain.

I kind of skipped this over, but my reasoning as to why I think my babe has a sensitivity to gluten is because he's gassy for seemingly no reason, and it has been making him collicy on and off. (The good news is that I don't seem to have any problem calming him down from it, and the collicy times have gotten shorter, but still exist.) And just these past few days he's shown some signs of reflux.

Anyways, I feel like this is the route I need to take. I just really need to figure out how to take those first few steps.
